LEADERS Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) with 20 years of experience in education and leadership. We are a passionate young team who supports and forms people with values and principles to become responsible leaders and game-changers in Romania.

LEADERS means over 30,000 people in our community, almost 7,000 college students and over 5,000 high-school students from rural and urban areas all over the country participating in our programs.

Ovidiu founded LEADERS Romania in 2000, and served as Founding President between 2000-2004.
