Welcome to OviBees Ventures, LLC., a forward-looking venture accelerator dedicated to globalizing the most promising early-stage tech startups. We are committed to a specific goal: unleashing start-up potential in emerging markets. Through public-private partnerships, we surround up and coming entrepreneurs with all the support they might need. We implement national, regional, and city-level initiatives to identify and amplify disruptive and leapfrogging technologies for the betterment of people worldwide.

We believe in the power of community and collaboration. We focus on bringing local entrepreneurs together to create a vibrant community. By connecting them with each other, we facilitate an environment where entrepreneurs can learn from one another, share experiences, and build valuable relationships. Through networking events, meetups, and online platforms, we enable entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate, and support each other in their entrepreneurial journeys.

Building on the foundation of a strong community, we aim to enrich the knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs.We bring in expert entrepreneurs to conduct workshops and training sessions, enriching the knowledge and skills of our entrepreneurs. By enriching entrepreneurs’ capabilities, we empower them to navigate the challenges of the global market more effectively.

Challenge
We push entrepreneurs to step out of their comfort zones and see things through the eyes of venture capitalists. We ask the hard questions and provide critical evaluation, encouraging them to refine their business models and value propositions.

Support
Recognizing that access to capital is crucial for startup growth, we provide support through various local partners. The most promising start-ups and the finalists of the bootcamps organized can be eligible to receive funding.

I had the privilege to attend the launch event of Venture Frontier Lanka, OviBees Ventures’ first entrepreneurship development platform in Sri Lanka. It was a good opportunity for us to announce the 4 year partnership we established with them for the purpose of identifying and nurturing Sri Lanka’s most promising seed and early-stage entrepreneurs…Venture Frontier Lanka showed a clear focus on implementing a series of online and offline entrepreneurial events in a timely manner, setting up the foundations for long term and meaningful effort to support entrepreneurship growth in Sri Lanka…We believe that Venture Frontier Lanka will fulfill an immense need for mentoring and network building between startups, larger companies, supply chains and markets and it will set a culture of entrepreneurship for greater economic prosperity.
