Carmen Cucul is acting as advisor to Ovibees Ventures. She brings 10+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry as well as the not-for-profit sector. Within the corporate environments of Johnson&Johson and Takeda Carmen has always been acting as an intrapreneur: she created new functions to better serve patients, built new business models to increase agility in cost-contained environments and innovated the value proposition beyond provision of medicines.

The passion for entrepreneurship started very early in Carmen’s life, right after Communism collapse, when she was only 7. Her parents became self-made entrepreneurs and she helped them raise their business. While at university, Carmen got involved in Leaders Foundation where she worked closely with Ovidiu Bujorean in raising the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs of Romania. She now writes a fortnight newsletter updating foreign investors on potential business & entrepreneurial opportunities in Romania. She believes in the power of entrepreneurship to change the world for better.
